          After his M.Sc programme, he worked briefly at  Paulosa Nigeria Ltd (1983-86) before establishing his own outfit: Amodril Nigeria Ltd. in 1986. 

          Chief Amori's entry into mainstream politics in Nigeria began in 1987 when he contested and won election as a Councillor and was later appointed as a supervisory Councillor for Education in Ethiope Local Government Area in the then Bendel State from 1987-1989.
