Eric Bana, an actor, was born on August 9, 1968, in Melbourne, Australia.
He was the youngest son of Croatian father Ivan Banadinovich, a logistics manager at Caterpillar, and German mother Eleanor, who worked as a hairdresser. Bana grew up in the suburb of Tullamarine, located near the airport west of Melbourne.
